Need Help With a Unique D&D 3.5 NPC Build...

I haven't been over here in a long time due to the low-post count, but I'm having some trouble with the design of this unique NPC that I am creating, so I am turning back to these forums for some help.

This NPC is basically a dwarven version of "Ram Man" from the old Masters of the Universe cartoon and toy line. I thought it would be kind of a cool concept if I could roll that on over into D&D. So, I'm posting here hoping that some of you can help me fill in the gaps.

A few things:

1 - The format is D&D 3.5

2 - You can use any sourcebook that uses the D&D 3rd edition, 3.5 or the Pathfinder rules.

3 - Have fun with the build. take liberties if you need to.

With that said, here is what I have so far:

“Ram Man” - no name as of yet.

Ref. Save +6 (base 4 + dex 2)
Will Save +4 (base 4 + wis 0)
Immunities:
Resistances: +2 on saving throws against poison

Speed: 20 feet
Size: Medium (4 feet, 7 inches tall)
Initiative: +6 (dexterity, feats)
Senses: Listen +3, Spot +3; darkvision 60 feet
Languages: Common, Dwarven.

Melee Attack: +20/+15/+10
Ranged Attack: +15
Grapple: +20
Attack Options: Improved Bull Rush, Improved Grapple, Improved Overrun, Improved Sunder, Improved Unarmed Strike, Mobility, Power Attack, Spring Attack.

Most Common Attack is

Skills: Appraise (stone or metal items only) +3, Climb +12, Craft (armor) +10, Intimidate +12, Jump +23, Listen +3, Spot +3, Survival +4.

Skill Tricks:

Feats: Dodge, Exotic Weapon Proficiency (bash armor), Improved Bull Rush, Improved Grapple, Improved Initiative, Improved Overrun, Improved Sunder, Improved Unarmed Strike, Mobility, Power Attack, Run, Spring Attack.

Special Attacks: Rage 1/day; +1 to hit orcs and giants.

Special Qualities: Darkvison 60 feet, fast movement, illiteracy, stability, stonecunning; +2 on saving throws against poison; +4 to armor class when facing giants.

Possessions: Belt of Giant Strength +4, some sort of "BASH ARMOR", like Ram Man from the Masters of the Universe cartoon.

Challenge Rating: 13

NOTES:

What are the specifics on the BASH ARMOR?

Should I substitute Battlerager prestige class levels in there somewhere?

Appropriate magical items, aside from the BASH ARMOR?
